Shipping Information
At Heloan Goodies, we partner with a trusted local shipping company to deliver our joyful snack boxes! Here's how our shipping process works:
Dispatch Schedule
Snack boxes are shipped out on the 20th of each month.
Orders placed by the 15th will ship in the current month's batch. Orders after the 15th will roll over to the following month.
Shipping Zones
To make deliveries smooth and efficient, we’ve divided shipping into 3 zones:
Zone 1: USA, Canada
Zone 2: Australia, New Zeland
Zone 3: Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by zone. You'll see your rate during checkout, along with an estimated delivery window.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within (USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Brunei). If you’re outside this area but craving our goodies, drop us an email at support@heloangoodies.com—we’ll see what we can do!
Delivery Timeline
Most deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your zone. Once your box ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We know waiting can be hard! If your box hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at support@heloangoodies.com. We’ll work with our shipping partners to make it right.

We currently don’t ship to P.O. boxes.
